Shipping terms

If we receive your payment by 10:00 am, we will ship it as an insured package on the same working day and for a minimum order value of 80 € FREE OF CHARGE (within Germany), so that you can receive your new favorite items within 1-2 working days (or up to 7 days within the EU).

For freight shipments we charge no surcharge for shipping within Germany.

Your shipment will be packed after receipt of payment and handed over as fast as possible (2-4 days) to a reputable forwarding company. The freight forwarder will then contact you and arrange a pleasant delivery time. The delivery takes place by forwarding always free curbside. If you wish a transport to the desired location, please write us in advance, as this is associated with additional costs.

Exception is the freight forwarding Go! Express, which ships between 8am and 12 noon on the day after shipment, without prior notice.

For (parcel) shipments to the EU countries (for example Austria, Italy) the shipping charges will be calculated based upon the order weight. You can see the final shipping costs directly in the shopping basket.

For shipments outside the EU, please contact us. In principle, we ship worldwide, but because the costs vary greatly depending on the country, we have to check this on a case-by-case basis.
